Our Story

In mid-2020, while on maternity leave from my full-time job as a Carpenter, I discovered the magic of creating with resin and polymer clay. What started as a creative outlet soon became a dream—one where I could turn my passion into a business, sharing my art with the world. I wanted it to feel authentic, personal, and deeply connected to who I am.

The name Central Oz Arts came to me naturally, inspired by my deep love for Central Australia. This is a place that holds my heart, and it felt only right to share its beauty through my creations.

In 2021, we relocated to Tropical North Queensland, Townsville, and that’s when the ocean and sunrises came flooding back to me. The vibrant, natural beauty around me sparked new inspiration, and I began creating with freshwater pearls, gold, and raffia—materials that reflected the warmth and spirit of this coastal paradise.

Fast forward to 2024, and with a rebrand, we’ve become Oceanic Earth Mama—a name that feels even more aligned with my evolving vision. As a mother of three and a full-time residential building estimator, things have really amped up, but my passion for crafting nature-inspired pieces has only deepened.

With Oceanic Earth Mama, I am committed to bringing the beauty of nature to you—through jewellery and art that reflects the ocean, the earth, and everything in between. This journey has been so much more than I ever imagined, and I can’t wait to see where it leads as we continue to share these creations with you.
